      How does the process work?

      1. Fill out the Contact Us Form 
      2. Schedule a call with our assessment team 
      3. Sign a basic contract 
      4. Receive an invite to the Certification LMS 
      5. Complete the self-paced LMS, including a quiz 
      6. Participate in a live digital class session, 2-4 hours (depending on the assessment type)   
      7. Upon passing each certification exam, you will gain access to the Potentia Portal to send assessments to your clients.
